Complaints & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in loss of deposit or prepayment.

Complaints Procedure

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care. However, if you are dissatisfied, you may raise a concern in the following ways:

Stage 1 – We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
Stage 2 – A full investigation will be carried out by the Clinic Director, with a written response within 20 working days.
Stage 3 – If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Managing Director. A final response will be provided within 15 working days.

If you are still unhappy after this, you may seek independent legal or regulatory advice.

 Disclaimer

If you are under the required age for treatment, we cannot proceed.

Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain medical conditions or on specific medications — always consult with your doctor if unsure.
