Artist Skin Lab – Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are divided into two sections:

E-commerce & Online Sales

1. CLINIC TREATMENTS & BOOKINGS

Consultation Fees and Bookings

At Artist Skin Lab, consultations are tailored to your needs:

  • Skin Consultation (30 min) – Complimentary session with our skin specialist to discuss your concerns, treatments, and product advice.

Consultation fees are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show.

Deposits

  • A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposit amounts vary depending on treatment and will be advised at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are fully refundable if you follow our cancellation policy, but will be retained if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Payments

  • Payments may be made in clinic, over the phone, or online.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

Cancellation & Failure to Arrive

  • We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments may incur up to 100% of the treatment fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Refunds

  • Treatments, courses, and consultations are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Pre-paid treatments are valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • Remaining balances can be credited towards other services if you no longer wish to continue the original treatment.

  • Treatments and courses are not transferable to other people.

Offers & Promotions

  • From time to time we may run promotional offers via email, SMS, or social media.

  • Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined and are valid for single use.

  • Artist Skin Lab reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.

Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Refunds are only available within 72 hours of purchase (if unused).

Treatment Disclaimer

Results vary by individual and depend on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors. While many clients achieve significant results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Child & Clinic Policy

  • In line with regulations, we cannot treat anyone under the age of 18.

  • Children and pets are not permitted in the treatment areas.

Feedback & Complaints

We value your feedback. If you would like to provide feedback or raise a concern, you can:

Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and responded to within 20 working days.

2. E-COMMERCE & ONLINE SALES

Shipping

  • UK delivery only.

  • Standard delivery: £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (2–5 working days).

  • Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.

  • No deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Online Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Contact hello@artistskinlab.com before returning.

  • Refunds may be refused if packaging seals are broken.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive the wrong, damaged, or faulty item, contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Postage refunds are only provided when the error is on our part.

Exchanges in Clinic

  • Online purchases can be returned to Artist Skin Lab (with proof of purchase) provided they meet the above returns conditions.

General Disclaimer

  • Treatments are subject to suitability following consultation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time. Please check our website for the latest version.
